Allied Rehab is a clinician based rehabilitation and therapy practice located in Wake Forest, North Carolina. We are located just north of Raleigh and close to the Research Triangle Park (RTP). We work with patients from Raleigh, Wake Forest, Youngsville, Franklin County, Granville County and Vance County. Our therapists serve the needs of people from birth to senior citizens. We offer a variety of services including physical therapy, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and reading intervention services.
