Welcome to Allied Rehab, Inc.
  
Allied Rehab offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to patients in the Wake Forest area community.  Since 1987, the therapists of this private out-patient practice have restored functional mobility to our orthopedic clients, obtained pain relief for our pain patients, discovered improved communication for our speech patients and eased daily life skills for our neurological patients.

We look forward to meeting you and helping you with all your physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy needs.  For your convenience, you may schedule appointments ahead of time. Wear comfortable clothing and plan to be here for one hour for your initial evaluation. Subsequent appointments will be scheduled for 30 to 45 minutes depending on the therapist’s recommendation. 

Our appointment hours are:
Monday – Friday   8:00AM – 6:00 PM

We understand you many need to cancel an appointment at times; however, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation.  As we continually have a patient waiting list, many times we can fill your time with another patient.  However, without proper notice, the therapist’s time is lost and a charge of $50 will be billed to you (not billable to your insurance) as a cancellation or “no show” fee.  We consider your therapy a priority and hope you will respect this policy. 

As a convenience and courtesy to our patients, Allied Rehab will bill your insurance company for your therapy, and make every effort to see that claims are processed correctly.  If, however, your insurance company fails to reimburse us properly, it is your responsibility to pay the balance of the claim.  Co-pays and deductibles will be collected at the time of treatment.
